Getting Started

No. ServiceCall.com enriches leads you already have in your CRM. We add property data, home equity, energy savings, and rebate information to your existing leads. We never generate, sell, or provide new leads.
When a new lead enters your CRM, ServiceCall.com automatically detects it and pulls data from multiple authoritative sources. We look up property records, calculate home equity, check permit history, and find applicable rebates. All this data is then written back to your CRM lead record in under 5 seconds.
Most contractors are up and running in about 5 minutes. The one-click OAuth connection to your CRM takes about 2 minutes, and configuring field mapping takes another 3 minutes. After that, enrichment is fully automatic.
Yes! You can run a bulk enrichment on your existing lead database. This counts against your monthly lead limit, but it's a great way to identify high-value opportunities you may have overlooked.

Billing & Pricing

Billing starts after your 15-day free trial ends. You'll receive a reminder email 7 days before your trial expires. If you don't want to continue, simply cancel before the trial ends—no charges.
We don't charge overage fees. If you approach your lead limit, we'll send you a notification. Additional leads that month won't be enriched until you upgrade your plan or your limit resets at the start of next month.
Yes! Annual billing saves you 20%. Starter is $79/mo billed annually ($948/year). Pro is $199/mo billed annually ($2,388/year). Contact us to switch to annual billing.

Integrations

We currently integrate with Service Titan, Jobber, Housecall Pro, Contractor Plus, and Service Fusion. More integrations are added regularly. If your CRM isn't listed, contact us—we may be able to add it.
No technical knowledge required. Our one-click OAuth connection handles everything. You just click "Connect," authorize the connection in your CRM, and you're done. No API keys, no code, no IT department needed.
Yes, on the Starter and Pro plans you can connect unlimited CRM instances. This is useful if you have multiple locations or use different systems for different departments.

Data & Privacy

We pull from authoritative sources including county property records, permit databases, and official rebate programs. Our data accuracy is 95%+ and is updated regularly. Property values use multiple AVMs (Automated Valuation Models) and are cross-referenced for accuracy.
Absolutely. We only read the address from your lead records to perform enrichment, then write the enrichment data back. We never store, access, or sell your customer information. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using 256-bit SSL encryption.
Yes, ServiceCall.com is SOC 2 Type II compliant. Our security controls and processes are independently audited annually. We take data security seriously and follow industry best practices.
